Pool and beach not free for hotel guests!
The hotel and service was 5 stars but the fact that you have paid a lot to stay at the hotel and then you still have to pay to use a chair at the pool or beach is simply unacceptable and for this reason I would never go back to this hotel. I feel cheated and very disappointed.
