The villa is located in a tropical Caribbean environment. Guests should expect warm temperatures, humidity, and occasional weather changes, including wind or rain.

Wildlife such as insects, geckos, and other native species are part of the natural surroundings. While we implement regular pest control measures, a completely insect-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Photos of the villa were taken during professional staging and optimal lighting conditions. The property has welcomed many guests and normal wear and tear may be present.

Certain items may be replaced or updated with comparable alternatives over time. Caribbean-style construction, including shutter windows, is not fully airtight and may allow natural airflow.

• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• No unregistered guests without prior approval
• Maximum occupancy must be respected

• Use water and electricity responsibly
• Leave the property in a neat condition
• Wash dishes and dispose of trash properly
• Use designated parking areas only
• Lock doors and windows when leaving

Trash collection occurs once per week — please manage waste accordingly.
