• Dogs only. A non-refundable $150 pet fee is added manually after booking. Undisclosed or noncompliant pets are subject to a $300 fee.
• Strictly no smoking. Smoking inside is subject to a $250 fee.
• Stays longer than 21 days carry an additional $50 long-term cleaning fee after confirmation.
• Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. Approved early check-in is $15 per hour; approved late checkout is $20 per hour. An unauthorized late checkout is subject to a $50 fee.
• Returning belongings left behind costs a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
