📜 HOUSE RULES & BOOKING DETAILS:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Occupancy: Max occupancy is enforced to comply with local regulations.
• Rental Agreement. Guests sign a short rental agreement sent by email before arrival.
• Security Deposit. A refundable $150 deposit covers any accidental damage or missing items.
• Pet Policy: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee per stay. (Please clean up after your furry friends in the yard!).
• Parking: Driveway parking for 2 vehicles, (Note: The garage / carport is converted for spa use and not available for parking).
• Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM. We value our neighbors, so please keep outdoor noise to a minimum at night.
• No Smoking / No Parties: To ensure the quality of our home for future guests.

➡️The hot tub is available for use at $50 per stay. The lock code will be provided once payment is received.

Guests staying 30+ nights must maintain renter’s insurance for the full duration of their stay and list the property owner as an Additional Interest. Proof of active coverage must be provided prior to check in, in order to receive access to the home. Failure to provide coverage may result in cancellation of stay without refund.
