The unit features a comfortable, open-concept layout with one bedroom offering two queen beds, plus a king bed in the main living area. *The living area is fully open with no doors or walls separating the king bed from the rest of the space*. A sofa bed is also available and is best suited for children or lighter use. Enjoy a bright, airy atmosphere with large windows, high ceilings, and modern finishes.

Guest Verification: In accordance with building requirements, the main guest must be 21 years of age and is required to complete a quick background verification after booking. All other adult guests (18+) must provide a valid government-issued photo ID. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the building safe and welcoming for everyone.

Holiday & Major Event Weekends: During major holiday weekends, building management may restrict or close access to the rooftop and other shared amenities for security reasons. These decisions are made at their discretion and apply to all residents and guests.

Please Note: To help keep the building safe and provide a great experience for all guests, we are unable to accept reservations from guests who reside within 50 miles of the property. Reservations that do not comply with this local booking policy may be canceled at our discretion, and we reserve the right to cancel any reservation that violates these requirements.

HOUSE RULES:
Advance Bookings – Verification Deadline: For reservations made more than 24 hours before the arrival date, all required pre-arrival requirements must be completed at least 24 hours before the arrival date. This includes Step 1 (primary guest verification/background check) and Step 2 (online check-in form and required government-issued identification for all adult (18+) guests). These requirements are necessary to verify the reservation and provide required guest information to the building before arrival. Completion of these requirements is a condition of check-in and building access. If the required steps are not completed by the deadline, we may be unable to authorize building or property access until all requirements have been satisfied. Any cancellation, refund, or reservation modification resulting from failure to complete disclosed booking requirements will be handled in accordance with the reservation's cancellation policy and applicable booking platform policies.
Same-Day Bookings – 9:00 PM Verification Deadline: For reservations made on the day of arrival, Steps 1 and 2 of the required verification process must be completed no later than 9:00 PM local time. This is a verification deadline, not a check-in deadline. Once all requirements have been successfully completed, guests may self-check in at any time after the regular check-in time, including late at night. If verification is not completed by 9:00 PM, we may be unable to authorize building or property access that evening. Check-in may therefore be delayed until the following day. Any cancellation, refund, or reservation modification resulting from failure to complete the disclosed requirements will be handled in accordance with the reservation's cancellation policy and applicable booking platform policies.
Registered Guests & Occupancy: The number of guests on the reservation must accurately reflect everyone staying at the property. Only registered and approved guests are permitted to stay overnight, and the property's maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. Unregistered or undeclared overnight guests may result in an additional charge of $100 per guest, per night, where permitted by the applicable booking platform's policies.
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, once all required verification and check-in requirements have been completed. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in charges for actual additional costs incurred, including additional cleaning or operational costs.
No Parties, Events, Unauthorized Gatherings or Prohibited Decorations: Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are prohibited. Only registered guests and approved visitors are permitted. Simple decorations are allowed, but no glitter, confetti, open-flame candles, damaging adhesives, or decorations in common areas or blocking safety equipment. All decorations must be removed before checkout. Disturbances, security/safety violations, or unauthorized gatherings may be reported to building management and/or the booking platform and may result in termination of the stay. Guests are responsible for damage or additional cleaning caused by decorations.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep music, television, conversations, and other noise at a reasonable level at all times, particularly in hallways, balconies, elevators, and other shared areas. Guests are responsible for the conduct of everyone associated with their reservation.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in any areas where prohibited by the building, including balconies where applicable. Guests are responsible for actual costs associated with a smoking violation, including additional cleaning, deodorizing, remediation, damaged linens or furnishings, and other documented costs resulting from the violation.
Building & Common-Area Rules: Guests must comply with all posted building rules and instructions regarding entrances, elevators, amenities, common areas, security, parking, noise, and guest conduct. Access devices, amenity fobs, keys, parking passes, and building credentials may only be used by registered guests and must not be shared with unauthorized individuals.
Parking: Where parking is provided, guests must follow the parking instructions supplied for their reservation and park only in the designated space, garage, lot, or zone. Guests are responsible for parking tickets, towing charges, or other costs resulting from failure to follow the provided parking instructions. Parking passes, permits, fobs, or access devices must be returned as instructed.
Pets & Animals: Pets are not permitted unless specifically authorized in advance.
Technology & Security Devices: Wi-Fi, smart-home equipment, security devices, exterior cameras, noise monitors, Blink equipment, and other installed technology must remain connected and operational. Do not unplug, disable, cover, move, reset, damage, or tamper with these devices. Guests are responsible for costs resulting from unauthorized interference. Tampering may be reported to the booking platform and may result in termination of the stay.
Damages, Missing Items & Excessive Cleaning: Guests are responsible for costs resulting from damage, missing/stolen items, excessive cleaning, or House Rule violations caused by them or their party, including repairs, replacements, cleaning, or service calls. Please report accidental damage promptly.
Furniture & Property: Please do not move or rearrange furniture or remove furnishings, décor, appliances, electronics, linens, or other items from the property. Guests are expected to use the home, building amenities, and provided items responsibly.
Illegal or Unsafe Activity: Illegal activity, threatening or disruptive conduct, and activity that creates a safety or security risk to guests, residents, staff, or the property are prohibited. Guests must not interfere with building security, provide building access to unauthorized individuals, or compromise secured entrances.
