Fully equipped kitchen, updated bathrooms (2) and (3) KING size beds; 2 king Bed upstairs and (1) King sized bed in the 1st floor, and a relaxing outdoor area perfect for relaxation.
We also have an air mattress for your extra guest. (inside the ottoman in the living room)
Our beedrooms have BlackOut curtains for you to enjoy your sleep while staying with us.

HOUSE RULES:
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.


There is NO smoking allowed inside the house so please smoke outside and throw your buds in the trash.

The property has external cameras. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the case of a break-in, death, injury, or in the rare stay where house rules are broken, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund.
