Stunning refurbished seaside terrace house, set in the bohemian arty quarters of St Leonards on Sea.
Historic Hastings Old Town with its bespoke shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs is a fifteen-minute walk away.
Nearby are fantastic country amenities and parks such as Hastings Country Park, St Leonard’s Gardens, and Alexandra Park.
The seafront is a two-minute walk from the property and is great for swimming, boarding, sailing or just walking beside.
The De La Warr Pavilion is just up the road.

The space
The house is a wonderful mix of wonderful original features married with contemporary design.

Guest access
Guests will have access the the entire property.

Additional rules
Please ensure that Velux windows in the top room are closed each time you leave the house.
Strictly no smoking.
Lost keys will be charged at £50 to replace.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
