Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

Over het algemeen voldeed de accommodatie best goed aan onze verwachtingen. Het contact met de verhuurder was vriendelijk en effectief. De ligging is uitstekend voor liefhebbers van uitgaansleven, met 'n supermarkt letterlijk om de hoek en dichtbij de kust. De voordeur c.q. ingang van 't gebouw sloot helaas niet, waardoor 't flatgebouw dus altijd toegankelijk was voor iedereen. Het appartement zelf was eenvoudig, opgeruimd en ruim genoeg voor twee gasten. Toch was er hier en daar sprake van lichte slijtage. De woonkamer was karig ingericht met relatief weinig verlichting. Er zaten enkele gaten in de muur, de televisiekast sloot niet en de lamellen voor de balkondeuren konden niet versteld worden. De keuken was in 'n grote wandkast gebouwd en voldeed over 't algemeen. Helaas leken de temperatuurknoppen van de kookplaten nutteloos en de waterkoker werkte niet. Er was geen koffiezetapparaat. Het wifi was snel genoeg en doorgaans stabiel. De woonkamer was redelijk goed schoongemaakt. De toiletbril zat echter los en er was de nodige kalkaanslag bij de badkuip. Douchen in de badkuip w
