Parking was effortlessly convenient, especially with the option to self-park, though there was a small fee. The valet service was exceptionally helpful, quickly assisting with our luggage and making everything smooth. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!"

"no USB-c charging ports in room. this is ridiculous in 2026/ But your desk clerk actually went out, bought and delivered to my room a charging cable. Refused payment!!! So until you renovate to add modern charging infrastructure, why don't you keep some correct cables at the desk. Charge guests a deposit of $10, refund on departure/return?"

"Great service from our valet to the front desk clerks. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great location, we were central to plenty of great spots to eat and explore. The hotel has great food options so you don’t have to go far. I would probably request a different room next time because of the noise level at night facing the street. Because it is central and busy with nightlife, it can be loud if you are a light sleeper.
