"The breakfast was fantastic but the Internet connection was really bad - we had to go out in the corridor to get access besides it was very cold in the room and you could do anything about it"
"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice, comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing breakfast with everything one can think of.
The only thing is the staff is extremely unwelcoming, many of them give the feeling that if you ask something it's a burden for them. Unwilling to service even though this is their job and that's what they are there to do.
I love the hotel and the property but I will probably not come back to this hotel and I will choose another of many good hotels in Jerusalem."
