Its vast windows flood the space with natural light, perfectly framing the mesmerising ocean panorama. From its elevated position, gaze out over the expansive sloping lawn above Porthminster Beach for a vista stretching from the iconic Smeaton’s Pier, right across the shimmering waters to Gwithian and Hayle.

For the eco-conscious guest, Am Meer has been thoughtfully renovated with solar panels, air purification and an EV Charger. It also benefits from two on-site parking spaces.

A private sauna adds a touch of indulgence, offering the perfect way to unwind after a day by the sea.

Inside, the impressive interior design exudes sophistication, with every detail curated for comfort and style, blending modern elegance with timeless coastal charm. This exquisite retreat is designed for tranquillity at every turn.

Step into the grandiose open-planned kitchen, dining and living area, a true masterpiece of contemporary grace and functionality. From underfloor heating rising through the sleek Amtico flooring to the various ambient lighting allowing guests to tailor the mood of soft, warm glows for intimate evenings, including use of the smart TV.
As the evening unfolds, sink into the luxurious bay window seating area, a perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine, watching the sun dip below the horizon, painting the sky in hues of gold and crimson.

The master bedroom featuring a Super King bed, large wardrobe with full length mirrors and an en suite. This room continues to spoil guests with panoramic sea and coastal views. Mornings may find you drawing open the full length curtains to search for the perfect spot on Porthminster Beach to lay down your towel and give in to the tempting crystal clear waters.

The second Super King bedroom also provides guests with an en suite, as well as stylish built-in wardrobes offering plenty of storage space. Soft tones and a thoughtful lay out ensures guests experience a peaceful place to rest, whilst waking up to face those stunning views.
The twin bedroom offers a light and open space with hanging space for clothing, along with secondary access to the rear courtyard area.

At its heart, a large kitchen island takes the centre stage, with a showcasing quartz worktop providing the perfect place for finalising those deliciously prepared Cornish meals. Take advantage of the six-ring induction hob, built in oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine, and dishwasher.

Flowing effortlessly from the kitchen, the dining area has been designed for socialising and entertainment. A striking resin dining table serves as a statement piece, inviting friends and family to gather for memorable meals in a setting that exudes extravagance. Whether it’s a casual breakfast or an elaborate feast served by a local private chef you’ve planned to host your evening, this space sets the perfect scene.

Am Meer provides a true showpiece kitchen, where modern design meets the warmth of home, making every dining experience something to be remembered.
For added convenience, a separate utility room houses the washing machine and dryer, keeping laundry discretely tucked away.

The family bathroom, featuring large marble toned tiles, offers guests the choice of relaxing into the full-length bath or stepping into the walk-in shower, together with a WC, heated towel rail and hand wash basin.

Step outside and indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience with your own private outdoor sauna, discreetly tucked inside a charming outbuilding. Follow it up with a refreshing rinse under the outdoor rainfall shower before freshening up in the conveniently placed WC and hand wash basin located in the outhouse.

From the living area, you can open up the patio doors to feel the sea breeze or take a moment with the sea view and a coffee on the open patio space.
Take to the communal seating area to enjoy your breakfast soaking up the morning rays, located down the steps from the parking area arriving at the top of the grassed bank. The views from this spot replicate those displayed throughout Am Meer, showcasing panoramic scenery from St Ives to Godrevy.

The EV charger is shared with the above apartment and can be used on a first come first serve basis. Once your car has completed its charge, we ask guests to relocate their car to the allocate parking spaces provided and not use the EV charging point as a permanent parking space.
• The parking dimensions for the EV charging parking bay are 2.68m wide and 5m long.
• The parking dimensions for the two guest parking bays allocated to Am Meer are 2.35m wide and 4.7m long.
• Access Statement: Access to the enclosed outside area via the twin bedroom includes one step down onto the courtyard. There is one step up into the outside sauna and WC located in the outhouse. There are a series of stoned steps down to access the outside communal area at the top of the grass bank, to the left of the property. Please note this bank is steep and guests are asked to only use the seating area provided.
