Kitchen/Dining Area with electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Hallway to bathroom with shower over bath, wc and wash basin. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, excellent sea views and patio doors to balcony, en-suite shower room with cubicle, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft bed and sea view.


Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided.

Beach: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.


NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. 19 steps to access the property. Parking for 1 car located at the bottom of the entrance steps to the property.
