Nestled in the heart of SGI next to the beloved Blue Parrot and across the street from Weber's Donuts, its prime location is unrivaled. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere by strolling to nearby restaurants, ice cream shops, and the captivating lighthouse. Coffee lovers will find solace in the café just steps away.

Delight in a private pool and a beach area with a fun tiki bar. Bonus: a Margaritaville machine is provided! From the back deck, take in dazzling views of 4th of July fireworks while enjoying the luxury of your own private beach! Beach essentials include several beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, lounge chairs, and a kayak. A complimentary beach wheelchair is available upon request.

Recently renovated in 2022, this extraordinary home exudes freshness and modern upgrades (including an elevator, EV charger, and two washers and dryers) that enhance your beach stay. Two living rooms each offer a 70-inch smart TV with premium cable channels. Gaming enthusiasts can play Mortal Kombat, NBA Jam arcades, or peruse dozens of board games on the gaming table.

Each bedroom has a smart TV and an en suite bath, ensuring utmost privacy and comfort. Two remote workstations in the primary suite and the top living room allow for remote work in paradise! Extra perks include a high chair, Keurig machine, and Dyson vacuum.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House and location was wonderful!! Pool was a serious disappointment. It’s actually a large jacuzzi, complete with seats. No swimming or floating room. And it had not been cleaned! We did not get in at all, but the weather was so nice that we could get by without water.

Great Spring Getaway

Beautiful beachfront home with cozy furniture inside and out-Our favorite parts were all 3 elevated decks and poolside to enjoy the breeze and the view(s).Being close to the restaurants on the island also let us park the car and forget about it until we departed. Would definitely recommend this spot-Cant wait to get back!

Top place to relax

Absolutely amazing place to relax. Great location for access to beach and local restaurants. This place has everything you need to relax and disconnect from the busy world and enjoy some much needed family time! The elevator worked great to help unload luggage and my disabled guests. For those disabled need to be able to do a step to get in home and out on decks. We brought a shower chair and non skid mat for wheel in shower in master on 2nd floor. The teens loved the bunk beds and all beds were super comfy. The pool is tiny but clean and refreshing. Worth every penny!!

Amazing Vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Birds Eye View. The description is right in the money. Convenient location. Walking distance to coffee, Blue Parrot, and Webster’s. Piggly Wiggly Express had everything we needed. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, great “extras” (beach towels, beach chairs, boogie board). Our only suggestion is get a bigger Keurig- for all adults it took a us over 15 minutes to get coffee, as it is a single serve- to be fair, there are also two drip coffee pots and another single serve Keurig on 4th floor. Amazing time- golf cart was an added bonus!! Thank you!!

The location of the property is amazing with a restaurant, next-door, donut shop nearby, and many other options for eating. Beach is amazing and close by to the house. The house was well appointed with things that you needed both for beach and home. The owner was very responsive to questions that we had.

Kaitlin was an exceptional host and very responsive to questions! The house is perfect and has all the amenities you need during your stay. It was great to be right on the beach, have a pool, and have many of the restaurants and shops nearby. The golf cart was an added bonus! I highly recommend.

Loved our time on SGI!

Third time on SGI but first this close to the center. I was concerned that it would be crowded so close to Blue Parrot, the jet skis and public access but it was not at all. In fact, just the opposite as we loved being so close to everything . We were three families so the house was configured nicely for us. The owner was very responsive and took care of an issue that was out of their control.

Fully stocked beach front house with incredible location

This house had EVERYTHING our party of 15 needed for a week long family vacation. I bring toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and paper towels to every house we rent. This house had all that and more. Thank you to the host for being so thoughtful and making this house a gem to stay at. The location is incredible and less that a 1/2mile from all the stores and restaurants.

Great house for our family vacation!

The house waa perfect for our family vacation. We had 10 adults and 4 kids age 6 and under and we had plenty of room for all of us. Having an attached bathroom with each bedroom was wonderful. The house is right on the beach, making it so easy to set up but be in close proximity to the house. The location was absolutely perfect for us! The pool is on the small side but worked for our needs - the kids loved it! We had a small issue with the septic and Kaitlin had someone over right away to take care of it. We appreciated her communication and prompt response. Highly recommend this house for the great location!

Fantastic location, amazing home

With a group of 4 teens, 2 college studies plus their parents and grandparents, it’s nearly impossible to find a VRBO satisfying everyone but this one certainly did. The host was highly responsive and quickly had a maintenance person on-site when we had a minor issue. The home was comfortable with amazing views of the ocean and our own private pool and beach area. We loved being next to the Blue Parrot and across the street from Weber’s Donuts (go early before they open if you want to choose from their full selection). We also loved seeing the island using the golf cart. We really can’t say anything negative about our experience though and update to the kitchen pots and pans would be nice for families planning to cook more than we did. Thank you so much for a fantastic family spring break experience!

best house on the island, nonpareil

Weber's donuts is across the street. Blue Parrot is next door! 20 women in bikini's are on the beach, out front. It's a party out front when you want it, and a quiet place to enjoy with a private pool, when you don't. You can shut the blinds and not hear a thing, if you don't want to. But we love people watching on the back decks, while we relax. You get a new/fancy golfcart to go to any restaurant/shopping on the island, and can be there in 23 seconds (or walk) There are 3 floors of living spaces that are separate and serviced by an elevator: 3 families can stay here and be separate from each other. There are multiple living rooms and bathrooms. It's safe enough that your kids can walk to the parks/basketball/ice-cream, feet away. No bugs. I'll never go to the plantation area again, after losing a pint of blood to yellow flies, mosquitos and no-see-ums. I can appreciate the privacy of the plantation, if that's what you want. But I can't appreciate having to hide inside from snakes/bugs. Why go to the beach if you can't go outside? You can sit on these back decks with no fear of bites. I was a little worried about the small parking lot at the house, but didn't realize that public parking for the beach is across the street: there's unlimited parking for his house. I stayed at many houses before finding this one, and always chase who the owner is, to stay here. I'd try to buy this place, if they would sell. It's my idea of a vacation Please contact me if you'd consider a partnership/ownership Pictures don't do justice to how big it is. It feels 3 times bigger than a normal 3,000 square foot house, before there are 3 separate floors. Your in-laws can be driving your sister crazy on floor #2 and you can be hiding on floor #3, in bliss. I'll never stay in a house with a single living room, when I'm staying with family: I'd sooner stay at a hotel (hoping my wife reads this). At least two living rooms are required for any future stay! No place is a bad place on the Island, but some are better than others

Absolutely beautiful home and wonderful location!

We have stayed in homes on vacation all over the USA, this home was definitely one of our favorites! We are already making plans to stay here again next year! Clean, well stocked, great location, beautiful views, pet friendly, children friendly! The golf cart was definitely a hit with everyone as well!
