Enjoy this stylish 3-bedroom condo in the heart of Desert Color! There are bedrooms with comfy beds and a loft area on the 3rd floor with 2 twin bunk beds and a Playstation 5. Your younger guests will also love the mini-foosball table! The outdoor patio space will be fantastic for either sunbathing during the day or watching the stars at night! The fully equipped kitchen will have everything you need to pull together a great meal after a long day playing in the Lagoon or resort pool!

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!
