"This condo was just right for our family. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable for a very reasonable price. We were celebrating a graduation with extended family. We loved having the balcony to cook out and eat meals together with great views. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully have more time to use the amenities of the community. Rachel was very responsive to my questions and requests."

"We stayed here while visiting Zion. The condo was very nice and clean. We didn't use the pool or other amenities, but it felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel."

"The unit was very spacious. But we had a few issues, we called about. After getting voicemail, the property manager called back in about 15 minutes, she was very short, said she would send someone by the next morning. The problem was fixed, but the next day the smoke detector kept chirping. We called about it, but didn’t get any response. We finally removed the battery. We were hoping for better communications with the property manager."

We had a wifi issue that was resolved quickly and with such kindness by Don with Ubiquity. Brittany was great as the host and easy to get in touch with. "We really enjoy our time visiting St George and do it quite frequently. This time we stayed in this amazing Little gym. It was clean, and had plenty of room for our whole family. We all slept comfortably and had an amazing time five stars would do it again"

"This was a great location. 15-19 minutes from Tuacahn and not to far from several shopping centers and places to eat. The rooms were great, beds in good condition. Would stay here again in a flash!"

"Condo is as advertised. Clean, well set up. Good proximity to trails, restaurants, grocery stores. Pool / Hot tub area is awesome. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to have a couple kids crash on the floor when our group got larger at the last minute."

"Had a great time overall but their support was a bit slow to reply when the wifi did not work. Took about 15 hrs before they got back to me which was problematic given I WFH and was not able to given the issue. Luckily I was able to figure it out on my own by resetting the breaker box to reset the wifi router. The listing shows 2330 sq ft but the properly is only ~1800. So I feel that was a bit misleading, aside from that the property was comfortable for my family."

"This condo was great! The kids loved the bunk room and loved being all together. The other two rooms were nice with 2 king beds in them that were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice size and there were plenty of towels including pool towels for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to make some meals with a nice big table to seat everyone. If there was one con, it was that the indoor pool and pool chairs need updating, but we only swam there once and the kids...
