Needs a good cleaning

We were not given any instruction for check in until we called once we had arrived. Also, When booking a property with a cleaning fee, I would expect that we would walk into a clean unit from the previous renter. On the surface, it looked clean BUT there were so many areas of built up dust. We had to get something that had fallen under the bed and it was SO DIRTY! We had an 18 month old who had dirty feet from walking around in the unit. I tried posting photos but kept getting an error that my photos are invalid ??We stay at Las Palmas frequently in different units. This time we were a little disappointed with the clubhouse (which is NOT a reflection on the condo owner) but wanted to mention that as well. No working toilets in the women’s bathroom. The outside drinking fountain was not working. The drink station had more than half of their drinks out of order. For a busy and HOT Memorial weekend it seemed a little crazy. The water amenities were great for kids and families though.

Great Location

The condo is great for 2 people, althoigh it is small and the balcony is very small when you also have your mtn bikes stores there. The street noise is loud at times as the balcony faces it.

Great location and short term rental

The condo and resort property overall were very nice, but a little dated/worn and definitely need some renovations. All property employees and management staff I spoke with were friendly and very helpful. For the price and the short visit (1week), it was a great choice. Highly recommend.

Great place!

Loved my stay here! The condo is in great shape, stayed really cool in temps 115, property amenities were lovely. So very grateful for the pool! Great location - easy to get around the whole area. Bonus points for the trails south of the complex.

Fun/frustrating

The condo was in an awesome location. Right by the pool that was perfect for the whole family. I have to say though there were some pretty big frustrations. The moment you walk in the light switch by the door does not work so it seemed a little dark and dreary, the DVD player was broken and they had to call a fix-it guy who could not fix the problem. The sliding glass door felt like it had never been greased and was super hard to get open. We all went out on the deck for a popsicle and when we closed the sliding glass door. It must’ve been old and wobbly because it locked us out, and we had to yell down to the neighbors below us to come up and open the door with the code we gave him to let us back in. Super embarrassing and frustrating. Yes great location but I would never stay here again.

Great for a weekend trip!

This cute little condo was great for our weekend trip. We were able to cook and eat most of our meals there which was a huge savings. The indoor pool was smaller than pictured and the lap pool was closed for repairs so that was a bummer. Las Palmas is a little older so some of the amenities are lacking but overall it’s a good place to stay for not a bad price.

Good but not great for the money

The value of the property was not that great when we saw the properties of other friends. It was an older, smaller one bedroom and almost the same price as a three bedroom much newer facility rented by friends. Good experience though and clean. Loved not having to mess with keys and key cards. The clubhouse was great and the recreation options. Great pools.

Great property in a nice complex

The unit was great: comfortable and clean. They provided lots of little amenities at you have to worry about soap paper towels dishwashing tabs and trashbags. The only downside was the actual complex amenities. There is a lot to do but the pool area was not very clean and the pool itself had a slimy film on the walls

Great getaway

This condo was clean (no musty shut-up smell when you walk in!) and was just as described. The small balcony was great for my early morning coffee and evening reading. We used the pools and especially liked the middle pool with the most palm trees. Everything was great and we enjoyed our days in the sun.

Property was not very clean. One swimming pool was terrible. Green slim and could not use it

Got the job done

This property was smaller than expected and very outdated. It was sufficient for our needs, but we aren't likely to book here again. The TV remote's batteries were dead, the lighting in the bedroom was bleak, the bed in the bedroom was uncomfortable, the dishwasher didn't wash dishes very well and I experienced severe allergy problems. I thought I had read it was a pet-free condo. The good features were that the TVs did have Amazon Fire Sticks which was convenient. The couches were nice enough, and the bathroom appeared to be the most updated room in the condo. Overall 2.5 out of 5 stars.
