"Meget lille værelse, koldt, hylende vandrør, sorte blamager i loft og vægge i badværelse. Ingen sengebord, telefonen stod på golvet ved sengen. OK mad og morgenmad, men hundeefterladenskaber på væg-til-væg tæppet i morgenmadsstuen Påske mandag :-( Sur smiley fra mig. Jeg booker ikke dette hotel igen."

"Restauranten var lukket allerede kl. 4, så man kunne ikke få aftensmad. Værelset havde spindelvæv hængende fra loft og vægge. Badeværelset var snavset og lampen kunne ikke lyse. Sengen havde ikke en rullemadras, så man kunne mærke hver eneste metalfjeder i selve madrassen. Der var larm uden for værelset det meste af natten. Der blev åbenbart festet igennem i pubben."

"Lidt sjovt. Da vi ankom ingen i recptionen, for de havde travlt med et bryllup.... endelig op på værelset,,, Først duede bruseren ikke, så vi flyttede værelse. Der var der kun koldt vand, og det spruttede ud af hanerne indimellem. Morgenmadsdamen sagde god morgen på både engelsk og fransk og vinkede når vi kom og gik. Blev ret irriteret på andre gæster, der ikke satte sig og ventede pænt. De fik lov at vente en halv times tid! Men sjov oplevelse. Og de var meget gode til at beklage og undskylde...

"A very friendly place. Staff helpful and quickly resolved a problem with the heating in our room. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. Breakfast was very good - especially my pancakes! "

"Lovely country pub tastefully decorated with Lotus pictures, the self contain single story rooms are spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was great, sadly we didn’t get to sample the evening restaurant food, as I’m sure that would have been great too. At check in we had a friendly welcome from Janet who along with the rest of the staff that we meet were wonderful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in this area. "

"Perfect Pub stay. Walking distance to train with only one stop to airport. Stansted is lovely historic town. Bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night. Staff were lovely. My only critique is cereal was offered in the room, but not enough milk packets to enjoy it. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The Bull Inn is a characterful property, very well placed for visits to Snetterton racing circuit and this was the purpose of our visit. We found the Inn very comfortable, clean and the restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast. Parking is free, plentiful and immediately outside the courtyard rooms. I’d be very happy to return to The Bull Inn if I’m in the area again."

"Amazing what you can fit into a small space! Microwave and toaster are good for basic self catering, though we were glad that we had brought containers to cook in and our normal camping plates and cutlery. Location is very good, quiet and private, but with plenty to explore in the nearby area."

"This is a magical place. The cottage is cosy, comfortable and well-equipped and the homemade brownies were very welcome. The orchard setting is a beautifully secluded retreat from city life and we would happily come back here again (for a third visit!)"
