"We very much enjoyed our stay on this property. The housing was adequate; great home and very clean. Nicely stocked but it was quite warm (80-83 degrees) in the house for my family (we normally keep our thermostat between 68-71). The window air unit was essential but there was no way to cool the back bedroom. The house is well stocked and taken care of. We enjoyed a walk around the property and meeting the goat, the cat, and seeing a number of deer, birds, berries, and fun wildlife. The owner...

"We had such a great time at the Kinni Cottage. What a beautiful spot and Alexa and Scott were fantastic. We visited for our 10 year wedding anniversary and we can't wait to come back for our next anniversary! The sauna was so great with the river right next for a cold plunge. The style of the cottage was beautiful and spotless, so clean! Loved it all. Anyone considering staying at the Kinni Cottage should book it! "

"House was spacious. Rooms were well kept and cleaned. Family room has a pool table which is a plus. Patios are perched high up. There's a washer and dryer, albeit older models, but functioning. Spacious kitchen and dining area. Would definitely stay there again. "
