"The rooms were great. Very spacious, fully stocked kitchen and extremely clean. We loved having access to the 8th floor with the steam room, sauna, fitness center, game rooms, and socializing areas 24/7. Would love to experience it in the summer with the pool and outdoor areas. We were also fortunate enough to attend during their Christmas Brunch buffet which was such a great perk! If the price stays around the same, I will continue to stay at Level hotels exclusively in any cities I visit that...

"I just stayed at this hotel with my wife and kid in the lakeview area in Chicago. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with serveral things about our stay. 1. Lack of cleanliness in the room, we found pills, plastic waste from candy bar, old used contact lenses. As we had a toddler running around and investigating every inch of the room, this could have resulted in fatal consequences! 2. It was very noisy! we had some kind of generator outside our windows, which was running all night...

"Close to Wrigley Stadium but still very quiet. Near several transportation options - trains and buses. Area is walkable and lots of restaurants block or two away. Staff is nice and areas are kept clean. Fridge and kitchen available."

"For our needs, STAY was great. It was affordable and walkable to The Salt Shed, our reason for visiting. Business-friendly seems like a stretch unless you’re working in a private room on your bed. Keep in mind that since the kitchen has quiet hours until 8a, you won’t be able to prepare food there beforehand if that’s when your work hours begin. Personally, I wouldn’t feel comfortable working more than sending a few emails as there’s no real dedicated space."

"We love the Peninsula in general but this time the concierge failed BIG TIME. Being from Europe and happen to be in the US in the 4th of July , we asked for a restaurant/ vennue where ofc we would be able to see fireworks.. we where booked at a restaurant where not one single piece of firework was visible throughout the whole night . This was the ONLY criteria for the conceirce to take care of and it was a TOTAL failure.. had we had a good dinner that could have made up for some of the failure...
