Private ferieboliger i St Austell

"Strongly NOT Recommended – Poor Service and Safety Concerns During our 3-day stay, both the WiFi and washing machine advertised with the property were not working. We contacted the support team several times but received no proper solution, and eventually they stopped responding. Worse still, the fire alarm went off at 6:30am and continued for around 30 minutes. There was no fire, but we received no assistance and had to find the fire panel and stop the alarm ourselves. This was extremely...

"We booked our August trip in January with ease & had communication from wonderful host Sam from booking point & throughout the stay. The house is at the end of West Looe,as you take the road up to Hannafore. The property immediately overlooks the bus turning area and the fire station, but has stunning views of the river & the bustle of East Looe across the water. The property does not have parking (normal for properties in town) but there is lots of close parking options. The only issue with this...

"Our third visit to Heathfield and it gets better every time. The bungalow was spotlessly clean and the facilities excellent, A hamper to welcome us, lovely fluffy towels, crisp white bedding. There is sea view and the village of St Mawes is delightful. We had dinner at The Rising Sun the first night only to be serenaded by a male voice choir, carols and sea shanties quite memorable."

"Location was lovely. Driveway was very difficult to manoeuvre in and out of The garden was really just patios - not ideal for dogs Upstairs bedroom ceiling hight was ludicrously low - my wife is 5' 2" and even she was bringing her head"

"We had a lovely stay here! The view was incredible, as was the location. The property was clean, and communication was great from the point of booking right through to checkout. A couple of small points - we did have a lot of fruit flies in the kitchen due to the time of year, and the microwave didn't seem to work during our stay, which was less than ideal. Not enough to mark us down though, as we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation otherwise."
