The spacious exterior lends a space to lounge and relax. Downtown area within walking or a quick bike ride & the beaches are less than 10 minutes away!

The spacious front porch leads into the living room. The dining area, full kitchen and living room are the heart of the home. The kitchen leads out to the spacious, fenced backyard. The twinkle lights are perfect for an evening of grilling and lounging under the stars.

The kitchen leads to a private working space and the second guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! We ask that you do not leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them!

*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged $100 for 1 or 2 dogs for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
