"This was a recently listed property, maybe that is why the price was so appealing. And no, I don't regret it in any way. It is a portion of a one-family house now subdivided into areas for different guests. Each one has a separate entry, and everyone could share the lawn and the parking lot. No eye-catching renovation, but clean and has everything one needs, no kettle though, had to microwave liquids. Very close to Saint Augustin's downtown area, if need be, one could even walk. "Host was very quick to respond and pleasant. Very accurate description of apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Location-very walkable to most sites of interest. Would recommend to anyone going to St Augustine. For those not used to apt living, you can hear your upstairs neighbor walking."
