SECOND FLOOR (main entrance):



KITCHEN: A beautiful, modern kitchen with bar top seating. Fully equipped with full pots and pans cooking set, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, and drip coffee maker.

SITTING ROOM: Open and airy sitting room for relaxing and conversing with your group

DINING ROOM: Connected between the kitchen and sitting room, with seating for 6.



GUEST BEDROOM: A spacious room with Queen bed, dresser, and closet. Connects to the full bathroom.

FULL BATHROOM: Full bathroom with access from guest bedroom and hallway. With shower tub combination.

MASTER ENSUITE: This beautiful room is furnished with King bed, desk and dresser with full bathroom



LIVING ROOM: Spacious living room with leather couches. A beautiful chest pulls out to a Full murphy bed, to sleep 2 additional guests.

OFFICE: Private office space with built in desk

LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and Dryer



FIRST FLOOR:

Outdoor oasis that includes:

*Pool with loungers and umbrellas

*Large outdoor kitchen with grill and sink

*Fire Pit

*Covered patio with conversation set and dining set

*Half bath



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home as well as high speed Wi-Fi, free off-street parking, complimentary coffee for their first morning and access to YouTube TV on all Smart TVs.

PET POLICY:

We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)



*Please note- gas fireplace in living room is is not available for guest use
