Welcome to Tropical Pearl, a bright and comfy studio with a king bed, perfect for two. While there’s no full kitchen, you'll have an air fryer, toaster, microwave, and a K-Cup coffee maker with coffee supplies for light meals and morning brews. Beach chairs and towels are provided for your seaside adventures. After a day out, unwind in the shared backyard with a pool, BBQ grill, and outdoor fireplace. Just a short stroll to the beach! Backyard is shared with the other unit.

Trade crowded hotels for this breezy studio retreat, where sandy toes and salty hair are the dress code. Just 3 blocks from the beach, our space is tailor-made for lazy mornings and starlit evenings in St Augustine.

House Rules:

Minimum booking age: 21.

Maximum number of Guests: 2

No smoking.

No Parties.

There is a fine for breaking our house rules.

Please be advised that parking on the grass is not permitted. To help maintain the property.

POOL RULES:

- No life guard on duty swim at your own risk.

- No diving.

- No running.

-No food or glassware in pool or on pool deck.

-No rough play.

- Please pay close attention to your children. Children under the age of 14 shall not use the pool without a parent or Adult guardian in attendance.

- Only 6 people are allowed in the pool per time.

- Only 1 person on ladder at a time.

- We have the pool cleaned once a week.

- If pool needs to be cleaned again during your stay, guests will be responsible for cost.

- We provide a skimmer so guests can remove leaves.

- Pool hours 8am - 9pm.

Swim at your own risk, No exceptions!

Failure to adhere to these rules will result in a fine.

Rules for pets:
-All pets must remain on the leash at all times when outside.
-Your fur baby is not to be left in the house unattended.
-We ask that pets stay off our furniture, but in the event this can't be avoided, please bring a blanket for your fur baby to use.
-It is imperative that only a house trained dog be brought and owners clean up after them. There are poop bags located under the kitchen sink.

Please note that we have a pet fee, and failure to adhere to these rules will result in a fine.
