Three bedrooms and three beds are spread across three levels, giving every guest a measure of privacy. The 2.5 bathrooms are positioned conveniently near the bedrooms so mornings run smoothly. Bed linens and bathroom essentials are provided, and a washer and dryer make it easy to stay fresh after long days at the water. An elevator - with a cab at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide - connects all levels for accessible movement throughout the home.
Living spaces
The open living area is made for settling in - generous seating, natural light, and an HDTV for easy evenings. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected when you need to be. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans maintain comfortable temperatures through every season.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen comes equipped with full-size appliances and a dining table well suited to shared meals. Prep a casual breakfast before heading to the beach or gather for a relaxed dinner at the end of the day. Step out to the patio or balcony to enjoy the coastal air, or fire up the grill for an evening cookout.
Outdoor living & beach access
The beach sits directly across A1A - close enough for sunrise walks and spontaneous ocean dips without any real effort. Beach towels and beach chairs are available for your use. The shared saltwater pool offers another way to spend the afternoon: although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). The pool is shared with the North house.
Parking & access
Self check-in via lockbox and a private entrance make arrival straightforward. Three parking spaces are available on premises, and the garage can accommodate watercraft including a boat or jet ski. The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
