Step out onto Florida's coast and feel the Atlantic pull you in. Salt Therapy North is a three-level coastal home in North Vilano Beach, set just steps across A1A from a wide, sandy stretch of beach. With a private elevator spanning all three floors, beach towels and chairs ready to grab, and the salty breeze drifting in from the ocean, this is a retreat built around the rhythm of the sea.


Living & dining
The open-concept main living area keeps things easy and connected. A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker means you can cook whatever you're craving. A dining table and barbecue grill round out your options for meals indoors or out on the patio.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests across 3 beds, with 2.5 bathrooms including a bathtub. Every level stays comfortable thanks to air conditioning and ceiling fans. Smart TVs are available throughout, and a dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay connected if needed.

Outdoor living
The community saltwater pool is just outside - although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Pool shared with the South house A patio with BBQ grill and covered dining area invites long evenings outdoors. Beach towels and chairs are provided, so all you need to bring is sunscreen.

For boaters
Boat and trailer parking is available on-site, and an Intracoastal Waterway launch is just one block away - perfect for a full day on the water followed by a sunset from the deck.

 Practical details
A private elevator with ADA-compliant dimensions runs across all three levels. High-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, keyless entry, a bathtub, and free driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles are all included. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees (up to 2).

North Vilano Beach sits minutes from grocery stores, local restaurants, and the historic center of St. Augustine - Florida's oldest city - with landmarks, boutiques, and dining to explore whenever you're ready.

-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the South house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog.
