Mornings begin with coffee and salty air, afternoons invite a refreshing dip, and evenings settle into quiet coastal calm. Here in North Vilano Beach, the Atlantic feels like part of your everyday routine - close, constant, and easy to reach.

Salt Therapy North is an entire three-level home designed for comfort and connection. With 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2.5 baths, the layout accommodates up to 6 guests while offering space to spread out. A private elevator connects all levels, providing convenient access throughout the home. Inside, you’ll find air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wifi, a dedicated workspace, HDTV, and a washer and dryer to support both short getaways and longer stays.

Sleeping arrangements
Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully arranged with a bed, and the primary suite includes a full bathroom. Bathroom essentials are provided, and a bathtub offers the option to unwind after a day at the beach. An iron, hangers, and bed linens help you settle in with ease.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped, giving you the freedom to cook and gather at your own pace. With a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, along with cooking basics and barbecue utensils, preparing meals feels simple and relaxed. Share breakfast at the dining table before heading out, or wind down in the evening with a home-cooked dinner.

Outdoor living & pool
Just outside, a shared outdoor pool - available all year and saltwater - offers a refreshing retreat after sandy beach walks. The pool is shared with the Salt Therapy South house and is unheated. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). A patio or balcony space and barbecue grill create an easy setting for outdoor meals, while beach essentials - beach towels and beach chairs - make trips across the street effortless.

Location
Beach access is directly across A1A, placing wide sandy shores only steps away. Bring your boat or trailer - free driveway parking on premises includes 3 spaces, and a launch to the Intracoastal Waterway is just one block away.

Additional features
This home offers a private entrance, self check-in with keypad, and essential safety features including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. It is pet-friendly, so your four-legged companions can join you by the coast.

Pet & Animal Policy
To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
It’s free, and only requires creating an account if you’re bringing a pet or animal. After booking, you’ll receive a link to complete the process. Thanks for your cooperation!

-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the South house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog.
