Enhed 349 på Summerhouse er en komfortabel 2-værelses / 2-bad Oceanview Flat. Denne opdaterede enhed i stueetagen giver en meget kort gåtur til stranden og poolen fra terrassens glasskydedøre. Endenhedens placering giver direkte adgang fra gårdhaven til pool / strand gangbro. Nye havemøbler med plads til fire giver dig mulighed for at hænge ud på gårdhaven, mens børnene (og voksne) leger lege i fællesområdet eller svømmer i poolen. Enheden inkluderer fliser i fællesarealer og badeværelser og tæppe i soveværelserne. I stuen er der rigelig siddepladser, herunder en behagelig sovesofa med dronning, et 42-tommers fladskærms LED-tv og en dvd-afspiller. Spisestuen har et bord og stole med plads til 6. Køkkenet har bordplader af granit og er godt udstyret med alle de apparater, tallerkener og redskaber, du muligvis har brug for. Det store soveværelse har en king-size seng, fladskærms-tv og en dvd-afspiller. Børnene vil nyde det klædeligt indrettede andet soveværelse med 2 enkeltsenge. Enheden er godt udstyret med bøger, spil, gåder og børnevideoer, plus der er masser af kroge til at hænge alle dine ting på. Enheden inkluderer også en vaskemaskine / tørretumbler, lille kulgrill og internetadgang.

The property itself is very nice and such easy access to the beautiful beach. The office and property staff we interacted with were all extremely polite and welcoming and kind. It is well maintained and very comfortable. I especially appreciate the condo being a true flat and also its location at the end of the units.

The fridge froze our veggies, the dishwasher didn’t wash dishes well at all. Pots are nonstick and all scratched.

The condo grounds are kept up very nicely, along with the pool, which is very conveniently located no matter which condo unit you rent. It is the same for the beach as you are literally just steps away from the ocean. This unit is actually nicer than the pictures show. The unit was very clean when we entered, so kudos to the cleaning crew. There are new couches that are very comfortable. I do have to say, that I found the master king bed VERY hard and when I finally got used to it, it was pretty much time to leave. I would bring an air mattress just in case you are like me and are bed sensitive. My husband had no problems sleeping at all. Also, there was very little dish soap, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and no paper towels. Despite the bed and paper products, I would definitely stay in this condo again, which is a corner unit on the first floor.

Was well stocked with kitchen necessities, towels, etc. be sure to bring your own paper products (tp, paper towels, napkins garbage bags) and cleaning detergents as there are none in unit. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again.

Since this is an end unit, it has an extra window which is great for added natural light and seems a little larger than other flats. We love the easy access to both the pool and the beach. We weren't able to meet in the Clubhouse but Staff worked to provide tables and chairs for our gatherings. Always glad to enjoy rhe Beach as well.
