Very clean condo with absolutely amazing views. Located directly on the beach with easy access to the pool and the beach access is just steps out the door. The host was super friendly and very responsive. He provided local recommendations, which were a hit. We saw dolphins every day right from the balcony. There was an umbrella, and plenty of beach chairs/boogie boards/sand toys, which made our beach days easy. Well stocked kitchen with all the necessities. Highly recommend this condo for your beach vacation! We would definitely return

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here over spring break and we can’t wait to come back next year! Everything was exactly as described, very clean, and just lovely. The location is perfect, you are right next to the beach and a heated pool (my daughter loved it!) We were pleasantly suprised by the few coffee and laundry detergent pods available; it was nice not having to get to the store for those items. Thank you again for such an easy and relaxing stay!

This rental exceeded our expectations when we arrived. The view from downstairs and upstairs in the master are picture perfect. The unit was extremely clean and newly remodeled. Everything you need is there in the kitchen so far as pans, silverware, coffee and coffee maker. Jeff communicates very well and made sure our stay was perfect. Will be returning for sure.

Comfy & Cozy

We have stayed at Summerhouse a lot and this was by far our favorite place. The living room was comfortable to hang out, the beds provided sound sleep, and the extra views on the corner were all highlights! The hosts were helpful and added small details that made it that much better.

The property owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. The house was immaculately clean and exuded a fresh, pleasant aroma. The beach view was breathtakingly beautiful, completely unobstructed, and the sunrises were simply stunning. You could witness the breathtaking formation of the sun from the comfort of your master bedroom. Additionally, you have convenient access to the beach.
