This coveted Sea Place 1st floor condominium is completely renovated! 2 bedroom/2 bath. Steps to the private dune walk over to the beach! The very definition of immaculate!
This 1st floor, Ocean View property is upgraded & renovated! Master bedroom offers a new king bed, and guest bedroom offers 2 new twin beds. Additionally, there is a new queen sofa sleeper in living area. There are TVs in all bedrooms as well as the living room.
High speed, wireless WIFI, All bed linens and towels are fully stocked & brand new. We offer guests 4 camp style beach chairs & beach towels. A standard coffee pot as well as a Keurig.
The Sea Place complex is oceanfront with 2 swimming pool, several private tennis courts, racquetball, and a private walkway to the beach.
The courtyard and large sunbathing area around the pool offers space to relax and watch both the sunrise and sunset from your lounger.

This property is also a short drive from historic downtown St. Augustine is a must see, with its historic buildings, fort & famous St. George Street. Great restaurants abound, in town & at the beach. Play tennis on Anastasia Island or go golf at the many courses St. Augustine has to offer including those at World Golf Village, TPC Sawgrass, the St. John’s County Course, and many others for every playing level and price range.

Lazy days or whatever pace you desire, excellent restaurants for every taste, nightly entertainment, locally or in town. Nearby, downtown St. Augustine is an ideal day trip no matter your group dynamic or interests. The city is known for its many historic charms, gorgeous port and Ponce de Leon’s famous Fountain of Youth. Football fans will love its proximity to Gainesville or to Jacksonville, and the excitement of Daytona Beach is nearby. Orlando and Disney World is just over a two-hour drive to round out any great family vacation.

This was one of our favorite trips to St Augustine! The property was in a great location and just steps away from a private boardwalk leading to the beach. Everything was very clean and equipped with all the necessities. Our family will definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I had a wonderful time in St. Augustine! This condo is absolutely beautiful, and the host was incredibly accommodating. The thoughtful little touches she added truly made us feel welcome and added to the overall experience.We would definitely love to stay here again!

1st Time to St Augustine, won’t be our Last

We had an amazing time, enjoyed the pool& time spent at the Beach, kids enjoyed the basketball & pickleball/ tennis court. We were thankful for the cable TV too - to be able to watch March Madness and the in condo washer & dryer .. We had so much fun & felt relaxed. St Augustine had a lot to offer - we appreciate Candys recommendations on Gluten Free restaurants to check out. Highly recommend the sunset cruise with Sooner Freedom — amazing captai. & crew - beautiful way to see the city & saw lots of dolphins. We’re able to find & take surf lessons. Look forward to coming back !!! Highly recommend staying with Candy

Wonderful stay and manager

The description could not do this condo justice- not only was the condo well furnished, well stocked, but the beds were divine and everything was super clean- no detail was overlooked. The manager was extremely attentive and made the experience even better. Great access to pool and short walk to the beach! Can't wait to come back for a longer stay!!

Better than we could have hoped for!

We had a great relaxing time at the condo. It was clean, updated and ready for our vacation. Being on the first level was a plus for the kids getting to the beach and pool. The condo development was well taken care and convenient. Candy was very kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks for a great time and sharing this gem with us.

Truly relaxing

We've stayed at Sea Place for over 25 years and this particular unit is the best yet. Super clean and well appointed leaving us to just relax for a week. Candy was our property manager and she added her own professionalism and accessibility really added to our excellent experience. Bring yourself and your family, this place will do the rest.

From the Property Manager to the unit itself, we couldn't be happier. Candy was courteous and responsive (she was much better than VRBO itself. The unit was very clean and had everything one might need in the kitchen and for the beach. Additionally, the unit was nicely appointed ie. the flooring, ttim, paint, lighting, furniture, linens, general decor; it was a step above and just well thought out (all of it). Some took the time to make a very nice rental and you can tell.

We enjoyed our stay. The first floor was perfect for our family and we were very close to the pool. It is a little walk to the beach but it is closer than other places that I have stayed at that were "on the beach". We would stay here again.

Perfect spot off the beach

Great location as it’s just a short drive to downtown and the beach area is a little quieter here. Candy was outstanding, responsive, and helpful. We had no issues everything was perfect. Oh sorry, there was no salt and pepper. Pretty minor thing. Thanks for a great stay Candy!!

Loved it!

This was our third time staying at Sea Place but first time in this condo. We absolutely loved it! Candy sends an email with check in details and everything else you need to know regarding your stay. Check in was easy and we walked into a beautiful clean condo! I only wish that check in was a little earlier than 4pm. The location of the condo is perfect! Ground floor, right next to the pool and very close to the walkway to the beach. You can actually see the ocean from the condo over the dune. We watched the sunrises in the morning while drinking our coffee. The condo itself is amazing! So nicely decorated, the beds were amazing! Plenty of room for my daughter and I. Although we did not spend a whole lot of time in the condo. There is so much to see and do in St Augustine. There are so many restaurants in the area it's hard to choose where to go each day. The kitchen has every appliance you will need, including two different types of coffee makers. Just know though, you will need to bring everything you need with you that you may need, including sugar, salt, pepper etc. Candy does provide shampoo, conditioner and bath wash which was nice. You will probably have to purchase some toilet paper also and a pen to sign the guest book ;) We had a great time here, would definitely stay again!! Candy is a wonderful host and we are so happy she shared her home with us!!

Nice remodeled unit

Other than several days with heavy rain and upstairs noisy neighbors was good. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. Maybe next summer will check for the same unit at Sea Place.
