Enjoy a relaxing stay in this centrally located 2-bedroom, 1-bath charming bungalow in St. Augustine. Just about a 3–5 minute walk (approximately 2 blocks) to downtown, you’ll have easy access to over 500 restaurants, shops, and must-see attractions.

Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with plush queen beds, quality linens, and comfortable pillows, along with 40” TVs and complimentary Netflix. The cozy living room features a sofa bed, seating area, and a 50” TV—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, oil, spices, and all the essentials, along with a stocked coffee, tea, and hot chocolate station. Guests are also provided with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for added convenience.

Step outside to your private, spacious deck—ideal for enjoying sunrise coffee or relaxing in the evening. The property also includes a dedicated parking area at the back of the home and seamless smart check-in and check-out.

Located in historic Lincolnville, the neighborhood is known for its charm, safety, and rich history. A short stroll down Washington Street brings you straight into the heart of downtown.

We’re also happy to share that the former neighborhood chicken coop has been re-homed, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay in this classic downtown setting.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, offering a comfortable and private home base during your stay.

For added convenience, the property features a smart lock for self-check-in. You will receive a unique access code prior to arrival, allowing for a seamless and keyless entry.

* Sleeps up to 5 guests (ideal for 4)

* We start you off with all the essentials you need to settle in comfortably.

* Just so you know, the couch is not a pullout bed and is best suited for lounging or short-term sleeping.

* Strictly No Pets Allowed: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Bringing a pet will result in a $500 fee/fine.

* Children: For safety reasons, our property is not suitable for infants or small children.

~ Nights of Lights Season ~

Experience the magic of St. Augustine’s famous Nights of Lights celebration, running annually from November 21 through January 18 — one of the most beautiful and busiest times of the year in the nation’s oldest city!

Our property is within walking distance of downtown St. Augustine, historic attractions, restaurants, and the Nights of Lights festivities. For the most pleasant walk into downtown, we recommend taking Oneida Street or MLK Avenue toward the historic district and main attractions.

Please note that downtown parking garages can reach up to $40 during peak Nights of Lights season. To make visiting easier, the City also offers free Park & Ride shuttle options during busy event weekends and holiday periods.
