Coquina A203- Steps to the Beach

Just steps to the beach and pool, luxury awaits you. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has all the comforts of home. Be sure to enjoy the balcony for coffee in the morning and the occasional dolphin siting. We have installed a Culligan water purification system in the kitchen, so no need to buy bottled water. The living space features a new LoveSac couch and a 60" Smart TV equipped with local cable as well. The kitchen offers all the comforts of home, complete with a pantry. Upstairs, we offer a king sized bed in the master overlooking the pool and ocean. The secondary bedroom offers 2 twin over full bunkbeds. 2 full size bathrooms with walk in showers and plenty of storage space will not disappoint.

Downtown Saint Augustine is just 15 minutes north of Coquina and features exquisite dining options, history, and shopping. For the kids there is Marineland, the Alligator Farm, Ponce De Leon's Fountain of Youth, surf lessons, even paddle boarding on the Mantazas River.

What we supply
4 Beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and an umbrella will be provided. A small cooler is available to use while at the beach. Washing and Drying machines are available on the lower level in a community laundry area.

Travel-size toiletries—shampoo, conditioner, and soap

Basic cleaning supplies—all-purpose cleaner, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, and a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels.

The host provided very helpful information on how to find and access the property and our ccomdo. The condo was nicely decorated, and the basic amenities were provided. The view from the balcony was fantastic and the access to the beach was so easy.

Amazing Beach condo

This place js amazing. Right on the ocean. A lot of open space for our family of 5 to spread out and have fun. We love being on the ocean. We’ll definitely stay here again for our next Florida trip. The host, Holly, is very responsive and answered all of our questions. Thank you very sharing your place with us!

Awesome 🏖️

Wonderful stay. Beautiful decor, extremely clean, well stocked kitchen and so many extras! We love the Coquina and have been coming for years. This is by far the best and our favorite unit yet! Our week was full of bad weather, but we thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Holly, the owner was very accommodating and great to communicate with.

Great Condo on the beach

This is our third stay at coquina at Crescent Beach, The condo is exactly as described. It is just perfect. A view of the ocean from the porch to see the sunrise while drinking coffee is included. An easy walk to the beach included. Just a great place and a great vacation. Thank you

The Perfect Condo!

We absolutely enjoyed every second of our stay. This condo had everything that you could want or need. The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with the essentials and then some. The living area was so perfect and the couch was so comfortable! The view from the private balcony was stunning. I really enjoyed drinking my coffee out there! It was steps from the beach and swimming pool. The pool was so convenient for my younger kiddos. The condo is quiet and the people are so nice. The condo is very updated and everything is so nice and cute!! 10/10 recommend and would stay again. Holly, the owner was so nice and helpful with recommendations and very easy to communicate with!

Fabulous stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for our visit to St. Augustine. The unit is pristine, with everything you need to relax on the balcony, or cook a gourmet dinner and watch a movie on their wide screen TV. The master bedroom has a really comfortable king bed, two large closets and a large dresser. Everything is new and the decor is simple and elegant. Our host, Holly, is very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here if you like a peaceful well appointed beautiful condo, right on the beach.

Great condo with so many extras.

First of all, Holly is great to work with. She is extremely quick to respond to any questions. Condo was clean and has been updated with modern appliances and decor. What we appreciated most, however, are the many extra touches Holly has included in the condo that you don’t normally find in beach rentals. The water filtration system was fabulous to have. No need to spend money on bottled water or ice. Just take a refillable water bottle with you. You may have to dump the ice if it has been sitting awhile and start a new batch. Travel size toiletries. Pantry had aluminum foil, storage/sandwich bags, Saran Wrap, chip clips, garbage bags. Many new spices. Lots of cleaning products. Two nice beach chairs that reclined were available along with umbrella that looked new. Bag of beach toys. Cooler. Several nice beach towels. Pickleball set. Master bed was comfortable. Could see ocean from bed which was perfect. Only two suggestions: kitchen could use Tupperware with lids for leftovers. Also the couch was slightly uncomfortable. It felt as if you were leaning forward. Everything else in condo was wonderful. Complex itself was getting some upgrades. Roofing was going on while we were there as well as some new landscaping. Noise and equipment left in yard a bit annoying but can’t be helped. Looked almost finished when we left. Enjoyed views from upstairs patio area. Could see ocean and sunrise but also sunset from here. Would return to this lovely condo.

Perfection on the Beach

This condo is a must for ocean view alone!! It was literally steps away from the ocean. Our family of six had lots of room to spread out and relax after a long day of being at the beach and visiting St Augustine. The linens smelled heavenly. The furniture was very clean and modern. The freezer makes amazing ice cubes and there’s lots of space in the fridge. The deck furniture was great. There is so much extra closet space. Check in and check out was very easy. Provided with our own personal code to unlock the door that our whole family could remember. There’s a laundry room and bathrooms right on your way down to the ocean. We really enjoyed all of the extras provided: laundry soap, dish soap, sponge, and coffee. This place is decorated so nicely. We felt right at home in our own little beach paradise. The pool is so warm!! The beach is absolutely beautiful. White squeaky sand and beautiful dunes. We saw a tortoise, bunnies, toads, and thousands of little lizards on our way down to the beach every day. Holly was so incredible to work with. and very responsive. She was notified that the batteries on the lock were getting low, so she had batteries delivered to our door with very easy instructions on how to change them out. She is a very amazing host. Our family made so many wonderful memories at this breathtaking ocean view condo. RUN … don’t walk. You have to book this place. You won’t regret it.

Girls Weekend GetAway

We booked this to celebrate a friends birthday for a nice girls weekend getaway. This condo was everything we were hoping it would be. It was clean, the pictures were accurate, the pool and beach were pristine. Holly was a fantastic host and provided things like shampoo and trash bags. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful!!

First Holly was the absolute best host! She was invested in our happiness and comfort. No problems getting a response from her. She is incredibly organized! The house was so very clean. Things I like to know: -There were no offensive odors. -The water tasted and smell very good (no rotten egg smell like at some places I have stayed). -Furniture was comfortable. -Good Wifi signal. -Neighborhood was safe/quiet and located close to everything. -You will not have to jockey for position on the beach. -The pool was clean and I could easily get a chair. -Gorgeous views of the beach/easy access from the pool area. -No problems with anything with the rooms. -Simple check out list. I did not have to do massive. cleaning, just reasonable commonly asked cleaning. But then again we like to take care of rentals as if they were our own. Plus, plenty of places to put damp towels and bathing suits on the balcony without having to hang things on the railings. -Everything easy to get to eg.: laundry, dumpsters, beach. -Adequate parking, even when coming in later. -Appliances are modern and functional. -Decor is very nice and inviting. -Beach chairs provided were new and comfortable. If you stay here, you will not regret it. Plenty of attractions, plenty of good restaurants, short drive to other very interesting cities (Daytona, Jax, Orlando). If you book this place, you can feel confident this place you will enjoy your stay.

Wonderful!

This is our second time staying in this unit. It is amazing; updated fixtures and decor, clean and comfortable furniture, the works! The double bunk beds in the second bedroom are a plus for teens. The owner, Holly, is very attentive and helpful. We love staying here.

Kind/Communicative Hostess - Well Stocked Kitchen

Very clean property. No concerns at all about whether or not it was all sanitary. There was no harsh chemical smells. Very pleasant to cook in the kitchen because it was so clean. It was a very well stocked kitchen, perfect if you prefer to cook on vacation. The porch furniture was clean and comfy, making it enjoyable to sit and relax outside. The hostess, Holly, was very easy to reach prior to and during our stay. She was a kind and open communicator. She did not make me feel like a burden or nuisance when I had questions about our stay. She kept us in the loop about even the slightest changes to our stay. Very quiet place to stay, not much food/drink/restaurants, too close by so it wasn’t a loud environment. Overall very quiet, clean, and enjoyable stay. Hostess communication took the stay from a 10 to an 11.

Perfect Spot to Relax!

We stayed at Holly’s place on the way back from a road trip north. It was the perfect place to relax after weeks on the road. Kitchen had everything we needed and basic supplies were provided. The views from living room and master bedroom were impressive! We were there right before Hurricane Nicole and the waves were crashing! I hope your place wasn’t damaged. Thank you Holly for sharing your place and your promptness to all my questions. Great place to stay for relaxation or exploring St. Augustine.
