"The suite was dirty with large clumps of dust under the tables, behind the doors and beside the beds. The sofa was stained and torn. The washing machine smelt moldy. We notified the host that the floor was dirty and she sent the cleaner a second time. The floor was nearly exactly the same with huge clumps of dust and hair after the second cleaning. The host offered to send the cleaner again, but we were half way through our stay and the second clean had done nothing. Our bags were covered in...

"Horrible. Somehow it showed up as booked even though we were both certain we booked another place. Middle of nowhere. We walked out as soon as we had another place booked. Needs deep cleaning for example outlets obscure by beds and nobody has ever cleaned under the bed."
