"It was a good stay. Room very clean. I am allergic to down and 2 pillows had to be put on the floor but I brought my own, so no problem. Breakfast was pretty good. Bathroom linens were pretty starchy, but very white. Pleasant staff."

"We agree with other reviews about the setting, views, etc. For us, the best part was sitting on the porch and using our Merlin app. We heard a large variety of bird species, and saw lots of them, including ones mostly seen only in treetops. The sunsets, trains, mountain views- all excellent!"

"This is a fantastic getaway. The pond is very serene and the night time sounds from the wildlife are incredible. When we checked in there were at least 15 wasp flying around in the cabin for us to chase down and eliminate. For the next 2 days we killed several each day. It’s in the woods but beware ..."
