"We stayed at the Flamingo house over Thanksgiving, so we could visit the Plimoth Patuxet Museum to see how the pilgrims did Thanksgiving. The house was cozy and clean, with a lot of rooms and beds—which was good for a family with 4 kids and a dog. Jocelyn, our host, was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us ideas for things to do in the area with the kids, took care of every ask, and let us have a late exit. We would definitely come back again. "

This hotel is still in the process of opening their restaurants so we didn’t get to experience that, but the spaces look beautiful and we can’t wait to come back when it’s finished. "

We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above"

There should be better customer service. Miscommunication with the front desk. The outdoor pool is so nice but closes way too early. We had a long wait time for fresh linen then had to bag the soiled linen myself. Aside from that was a great time and we will definitely return. "
