"They put us in a room with a bathroom that was specifically for handicap guests. When we arrived, the bathroom floor was covered in hair and the room was dirty and dusty. I let the staff know that the floor was gross and dirty and I asked that they take some money off of my room however I am not sure if they did. The shower in the bathroom wasn’t sealed properly therefore it leaked all over the bathroom floor, causing slippery dangerous conditions. I finally asked to be moved to a different room...

"Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!

"Stayed here March 22-30. Hotel was excellent and I’d definitely stay again. Hotel is clean, lots of nearby amenities. Breakfast was good, rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub at night time. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. "

"We liked the short walk to the water park from our room. We enjoyed a hike around the property in the morning. I had a massage and a pedicure and both were great. The only drawback was house keeping only came 1 day out of our 4 night stay. "

"Fantastic little gem in Tempe.
If you read a review for the place as Ramada Inn, just skip the review. The sweetest couple bought it and spent tons of time and money shining this place up. From a couple of conversations with the owners I could really tell, they have their hearts and minds in the right place to run this place. The few smallest issues were being taken seriously and addressed immidiately. Service is definitely their #1 concern and focus.
