"We've stayed there many times in the past and will probably continue to do so. It is convenient to our family in the area, as well as shopping and restaurants.
The staff is very friendly. The nice young lady even remembered us from about 4-6 months ago. Nice touch."

"By far, the staff was outstanding! They went above and beyond to help me with some strange communication issues I was having when I lost my cell phone. The staff was communicative and accessible. Although I would have enjoyed a morning mini breakfast, coffee was always available and there was a well-stocked mini-mart. I would definitely stay there again! 5 stars from me!!"

"One of the best in Hoffman estates. Rooms are spacious and Breakfast was good.
We arrived late at around 12.30 AM but the receptionist was welcoming and made sure everything is in place.
I wish they have more tables over the breakfast area.
There were a couple of hiccups like, elevator was down for a short duration and the fire alarm went off by error which were all addressed promptly. Overall, a pretty good place to stay in Hoffman estates. "

It was close to a lot of shopping and dining options, there were some small opportunities around our rooms cleanliness but we didn’t spend much time in our room to worry much about it. I would not only recommend this hotel to others but I’d book another stay if I return to the area. "
