*** PROPERTY DESCRIPTION ***
The property is a townhome nested on a hill in the trees and contains 2 separate private units.
The entire house you will stay in is a 3 level 2200 sqft custom home with up to 23ft ceilings with 12 ft ceilings throughout. The entrance is located on the first level with a space to leave your coats and shoes. This is a shoe free house and you will find a selection of house slippers for your convenience. The floating staircase (about 20 stairs) will take you to the main level of the house. It contains the living room with an electric fireplace, office area, kitchen, pantry, dining area, laundry room, and a powder room with a toilet. This floor is an open space concept with indoor\outdoor features. The big 9 ft tall slider will get you out to the 900 sqft furnished upper patio deck equipped with a BBQ. Another set of about 20 stairs will take you down in the lower level where are the 3 bedrooms. The master (queen) contains an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, his and hers sinks, TV and walk-in closet. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, a TV and a closet. The last bedroom is designed for kids and contains a 3 tier bunk bed, a TV, a Wii console and a closet. A full bathroom equipped with a tub\shower, double sinks and toilet joins those two bedrooms. The downstairs corridor will take you out to another 900 sqft lower deck with the private Hot Tub an outdoor heater to keep you warm.

*** PARKING SITUATION***
The driveway is shared between the 2 units of the townhome. Please be mindful of each other space and do not park on the neighbors property.
There is no off-street parking in the immediate area of the property

*** Ring Cameras disclosure***
For your safety, we do have 2 Ring App Cameras (motion activated) located in the driveway and at the frontdoor.

*** HOUSE RULES***
-No shoes inside the house
-No pets
-No parties or events
-No smoking or vaping
-No noise after 11pm
-No unregistered guests
-Do not move furniture

*** HOT TUB RULES***
-3 persons max
-Cover after use
-Do not remove the chlorine floater
-200$ fee if the water is green and the hot tub is not usable after your stay
-No children under 5 or unaccompanied children
-No drinks or food in the hot tub (200 $ fee)
-No clothes in the hot tub, only swim gears
-No soaps or bubbles in the hottub (200$ fee)
