"This was such a cute little place tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Our family stayed the weekend of the 50th anniversary of Expo '74 and Bloomsday and could not have been more in love with this. We decided to take Lyfts downtown and pickups were easy from the street and quick to downtown. Groceries and Restaurants are many and within a 10min drive. You get the feel of the old time cottage history with all modern updates and comforts. Mari was very responsive and an awesome host. Thank you!"

"The home and yard were beautiful, the location was perfect for us since it was so central. Home was well stocked with coffee, tea, and utensils. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Spokane."

"Great place. Very clean. Lot of kitchen amenities so if you want to cook you should be all set. Great backyard - although with tiny dogs like us you have to be mindful of the holes. I feel like they put a lot of time into thinking about what guests need. I would for sure stay there again.!"

"We enjoyed our two night stay in the upper loft of the Billiken Inn. It was nicely decorated and had nice unexpected amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. It's been nicely remodeled. It was very quiet except for the train whistles. Since it is a loft unit, there were a number of times when my husband bumped his head on the angled ceiling."

"The location of this lovely home could not have been better. We walked the trail, visited shops and enjoyed the bikes that were kindly provided. Each room had a beautiful view. We cannot wait to return!"

"The apartment was great very clean very organized. Great place to take my dogs as well. If I were to say one thing that could improve, it would be the steps going down to the apartment we’re OK but not great if you had your hands full there’s no rain And it will need to be repaired because it looks like this site is in however it’s still a five star. It was a great place to stay and the people upstairs were awesome. They even gave us some jackfruit that they had extra! I’d stay here again."

"There were 10 of us that came from out of state to attend graduation ceremony at Gonzaga Law. We all had enough space and the pool was great! Although the house is a bit dated, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I would recommend this house to any large group!"

"We were disappointed in the hot tub. Filled the water and flipped the breaker just like the owner said. However, when we left to do something for a few hours the temp was down to 90 and we had to wait. Also the cookware needs updating and there is no can opener. The neighborhood was fine and the bed was comfortable. Nice and quiet at night."
