"Vi forlængede vores ophold to gange, da vi ændrede planer undervejs. Men kun fordi det passede godt ind i vores aktiviteter og hotellet som helhed ok og lå godt i forhold til det, vi skulle i Tulsa. Vi oplevede uengageret og uvenliig betjening både i receptionen og morgenmadsbuffeten. Den ene dag havde de glemt at ordre vores værelse. Da vi gjorde opmærksom på det , blev man nærmest lidt fornærmet og brugte mere tid på at kigge i rapporter for at bevise det modsatte fremfor at tro på os."
