"Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"The AC stop working in the middle of the night. It got super hot. I called the front desk and couldn’t do anything to help."

"Great hotel and the staff was excellent! Highly recommended!"

"If you’re booking because of the “pure room” don’t do it!! Due to MCA and MCS I booked an “allergy free” pure room. I called a few days prior to ensure there were no fragrances or harsh cleaners/detergents and they assured me that everything is safe. I get there and the hotel lobby was pumping strong fragrance into it, made my way to the room and it was filled with it. The hallways too. I tried to lay down as I was not well but the pillows had a very strong scent and I got a migraine. Had...

"When I arrived and walked into the lobby, I saw that the entire lobby atrium was completely torn up. There was a bobcat loader doing work in there, dust EVERYWHERE! To my shock, the restaurant was unavailable also. NOT what the site described or promoted. I stayed up on the sixth floor and their was dust up there as well. The floors were dirty, everything you touched had dust. No offer for a discount or offers for anything to make things better. I will NOT stay there again."

"The hotel is a bit on the outskirt, not necessarily walking distance for food. The staff were helpful with questions. I’m not sure if it was a part of the policy, the day before I left the room , it was not cleaned, but previously it was. Overall, it was fine."

"We were put into a Handicap accessible room with a walk in shower. I had reserved a deluxe king with a tub/shower. I asked to be moved to a new room. The front desk attendant told me he didn't have another king but he did put us in a double with a tub/shower. The beds in that room had no bed rails, the box springs on both beds were on the floor. The towels also had holes in them. It was nothing that prevented us from sleep but we probably won't be back. I guess you get what you pay for."

"After booking on line remotely, staff required $100 credit card hold in person for incidentals for a prepaid reservation. It might not have been so bad if that had been disclosed up front, but had it been, we would have never books at the AVID by IHG hotel........ BAIT and SWITCH tactics at best. Very rude manager and staff who all need to find another form of work. I will never stay at nor recommend anyone stay at an AVID by IHG hotel again."

"This might be one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed. The entire place was so beautiful. The breakfast and everything provided was top notch. We will definitely be back."
