"The property was on the beach and near Boardwalk 22, which made it easy to cross the foliage on a wooden walkway and get right onto the beach. "I and my two buddies stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The configuration is perfect for friends or family. Everyone gets their own bedroom and bathroom. "We just visited Seabrook for the first time with our family of four and stayed at this wonderful condo. It is beautifully decorated and met all our needs during our stay. Our favorite part was spending our mornings on the screened in deck. The space was clean and the communication with the rental company was good. The location was great for biking both Seabrook and Kiawah. We can't wait to return again. Thank you for being a big reason we loved our first trip to Seabrook."

"The place is in an awesome location and has so much charm! Carl is so friendly and checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. Couldn't have had a better host! You can't beat the patio area and the bed and linens provided were so comfy. We visit Folly twice a year, and this will be our go to!"

"We were overall pleased with the house and the property. But my main concern was the hot tub was broken and it was dirty. And the hot tub and being on the beach was what we both were looking forward to. Next time someone stays there, you may want to check the maintenance on the hot tub and make sure it’s working properly and very clean to me that’s important"

"Our third year staying oceanfront on Kiawah Island for spring break and this home was lovely. Great location and boardwalk to sunrises, walks and biking on the beach. "This property was exactly as advertised! We needed a dog friendly place and the dog gives it a 5 star rating as well! Love the close walk to tennis facility and beach and very quiet at night. "Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind."

"House was as anticipated. Adequate room, clean and well set up. Two blocks to the ocean or the central road. The only surprise was a small very busy restaurant across the street from the home. "I read a lot of reviews for this place before booking. It’s not an understatement that it does get a little noisy at night. But I wouldn’t say it kept me up. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s easy to get to and walk anywhere else on Folly. Nice and close to Charleston too, with a much more laid back vibe."

"This house is as advertised, plenty of space and close to town. Everyone could easily walk to town or the beach at their own pace. The firepit was a great addition since the weather was a bit chilly. The two separate units were nice for privacy within our group. The only bummer was that you have to refill your own propane tank (ours was empty on arrival) and ask for a reimbursement. So, like the past guest, we didn't refill. Would definitely stay again."
