5* oplevelse og spis i hotellets restaurant
Fantastisk hotel der er nyistandsat for et par år siden. Hotellet havde en gourmet restaurant, hvor vi fik serveret en uforglemmelig middag - til rimelige penge set i forhold til at det var en 10-retters menu. Dagen efter arrangerede de en middag på hotellets egen farm, hvor de dyrker økologiske grøntsager. Alt inkl kørsel frem og tilbage var en del af servicen. Personalet var så serviceminded og gav hele tiden lidt extra end man forventede. Derfor blev det en super oplevelse. Standarden af værelser og beliggenhed er i top.

From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful! We really enjoyed it and walked everywhere. It was wonderful. The service was wonderful. We enjoyed the room and the breakfast was great!!

Was to be offered an uograde but was not. Service was inconsistent regarding breakfast and during bar service(did receive a wrong bill but I resolved it. Had a balcony with partial ocean view. Room was smaller tha a non balcony without a view). Had a larger non balcony room that was less in price. Noisey in which it was a whiskey event in which could not sleep until 2:00am. Shoukd of put us in a non noisey event area since this evrnt was pre planned. Noticed a managment change since our first wonderful experience four years ago (2919 in June).

I have stayed there multiple times in the past and I was impressed with the service, the room and the overall property’s condition. This time the room had cracks on the walls (you can see where they attempted to patch them and the paint didn’t matched with the rest of the wall) and the shower had mildew stains on the wall. The room’s refrigerator did not work and when I reported it, a person came in to the room and within 15 minutes he replaced it with another one that also didn’t work. Kudos to the concierge and front desk - courteous staff that provided fantastic service (they kept my rating up). The restaurant service during Breakfast was subpar (waiters and waitress were avoiding contact and their attitude was “you already had a cup of coffee so stop asking for more”. At the pool there was no service (in the past there was always pool service) so people that left the pool area left their towels on the chairs resulting of not having any place to seat. My wife went at the garden bar and attempted to seat at an open table. The waiter informed my wife that she couldn’t seat there because the table was for four people or more. My wife found a table in the back of the area where I joined her. A couple sat on the table (where my wife was kicked off) and when I complained to the manager, I was told that they were waiting for four more people. Two hours later the couple left without “additional people”. Again I want to thank the front and concierge desk for their great servi

Everything was exceptional about this hotel. The only drawback that needs to be addressed to is the shower basin linked directly with the toilet basin, with no protective door between them. As a result, having a shower meant turning the washroom into a lake.

This Grand Dame hotel of Spetses is absolutely magnificent. Beautifully renovated to modern standards while embracing historical details — perfect artful combination. The staff was just great. Sitting out on the terrace overlooking the harbor for breakfast and at sunset for drinks was my personal highlight. Really enjoyed my stay. Truly a first-class experience.

However, when we had the pleasure to meet we informed you that we could, if you wished, provide you the room you had originally booked. This meant that you could change rooms on the second day if you wished to proceed as per your original reservation, however you preferred to stay in the same room. Beautiful hotel, fabulous staff
Faultless service, from check in to check out. Called water taxi for us, loaded luggage, could not have been more helpful or attentive. Very clean rooms, with large showers and Jo Malone toiletries. Freshly cooked and buffet breakfast, with great choices. On site restaurant with great views. Very comfortable beds. Perfect location. Very well maintained hotel.

It's a classic hotel and location. But the service was pretty average for the price point and attention to detail lacking. I'd be relucant to endorse. The room was hot as well with the AC stuck at 18c.

Beautiful but loud hotel
The trip was great the hotel is a fantastic building and oozes history. The room though was very very small relative to the other rooms we had stayed in previous nights at other 5 star hotels. The bed was small and not very comfortable and I had a terrible nights sleep due to noise. Anytime anyone walked down the corridor it was very loud in the room. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and again the hotel is very very beautiful.

Très belle 1ère expérience à Spetses. On ne regrette pas d'avoir opté pour cet hôtel historique qui bénéficie des derniers standards modernes. Très bon ppetit-déjeuner et service en terrasse avec vue. Chambre vue jardin, très bien. Grande et confortable.
