"Cozy comfortable and very clean. You had plenty of sheets towels and lots of dishes. Refrigerator is huge and stove was full size. The only issue was that there were dirty dishes I the cupboard. I think it might have happened because the dishwasher did not work. I took the dirty dishes out and hand wash them We loved our time there. "

"This beautiful home offers exactly what you need if you're looking for some peace from the day to day. This is our second time staying here. The location is beautiful and out of the way, but only 20 mins to downtown Ithaca. You are also close to State Parks and wineries. The ambiance is stunning. "This was a lovely country styled cottage with amenities that we didn’t expect. The owner provided us with complete privacy although at our disposal at any given time. She has cottage stocked with snacks and most anything you would need and although it’s was too cold and rainy to enjoy the pool it looked so inviting. Would definitely stay there again!"

"The view over the lake was spectacular for sunsets and especially full moon! The place was spotless and had everything we needed, with very comfortable furniture. Could use a small step stool to get into and out of the bed, and maybe a small half door across the stairs for safety, especially at night. "

"The apartment was in a great location. Easy access to Watkins Glen and the wineries. It was clean (very)and had all the amenities needed. Which is a relief when you only see photos. The binder provided was informative and aided in decisions of places to go and eat. The little waterfall at the back was pleasing to sit by. Maybe a few chairs would be nice too. "This was by far the best place I have ever stayed. Host was amazing- good communication- welcomed us on arrival, bottle of wine awaiting. "Great place to stay with our dogs. Everything that you might want was in the place, lots of towels, coffee, even dog bowls! A short walk to lots of downtown restaurants and an easy jumping off point to drive around the lake, would highly recommend!"

"We stayed during the off season (April) and loved the location of this place to some of our favorite wineries! It's also a quick trip into Watkins Glen. The place itself was quirky with a fully stocked kitchen and clean bathroom. We saw the owners a few times and they are incredibly friendly and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Other reviews complained about the beds but we didn't mind them at all. The living space was perfect for our two kids to play."

"We enjoyed being able to walk from the property to the Cascadilla Gorge Trail (don't miss it!) and to the Ithaca Common. The host was very gracious and extremely responsive to communication. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is small, but it was adequate to meet our needs for a few days."
