"We were in town for a youth baseball tournament. This property is located very close to the fields and to Black Hills State University. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Easy access to downtown and restaurants as well. Would definitely stay again. We did not get a chance to soak in the hot tub, but it looked inviting."

"James and Pam's place was absolutely perfect for our 3-4 day stay in Deadwood. My dad used to visit the area annually for work but has been wanting to make it back for the past several years. With his advanced Parkinson's, we knew that travel would take some planning and that we would need the perfect place to stay/rest when we weren't taking in all of the sights. We wanted a "home base" that wasn't a hotel, but that was close to the downtown area of Deadwood while also being a great starting...

"The location is close to alot of places to see!! Plenty big! Loved the hot tub! And pool table! Guest bathroom tub still had soap in the bottom of it...and the keurig stopped working. The deer would come out every evening around dusk. The guy behind the house would feed them. There were about 30 of them. The house was very nice!!!"

"We had an excellent time here. Nice place, comfortable, good location. Our 5 year old grand-shildren expecially liked being able to feed the fish. One thing to note -- the VRBO listing shows the location off highway 85, southwest of Cheyenne Crossing in Spearfish Canyon. It is not in the canyon, it is off N Rochford Road. Still a great location."

"I can't say enough how much we loved our visit in Spearfish. We had never used VRBO before and went in with no expectations. To say that the bar is IMPOSSIBLY high now is not an exaggeration. Not only was our host incredibly thoughtful with how everything is set up but they were also very responsive, helpful, and so kind. We loved this home, and I have no doubt anyone who chooses to stay here will as well!"

"The cabins are so cute and cozy! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all our needs for utensils and pots and pans and dishes. The fridge is good sized. My only complaint is the comfort of the futon and chairs but we didn’t really use them much because the outside was just to beautiful to stay indoors much."
