"Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house. Ended up going to a stone yard and getting some scrap pieces for our garden at home! The cabin has everything you need for a couple of days. Very comfy common area with big TV, nice views out the...

"My brother, father and I chose this place to celebrate my father’s second retirement with some no-distractions time together. This cottage was perfect. And the pictures are exactly what we got. It’s pristine, peaceful, placid. A perfect place to just sit, talk, and reconnect.I don’t know that I’ve ever been anywhere so quiet. At times the only thing I could hear was my tinnitus.This place was pretty amazing."
