"The check in process was seamless. I appreciate that Maria was there waiting even after car rental delays that were beyond my control. Kitchen was equipped with applicable appliances. I would only suggest for the host to provide a toaster and possibly a blender in the kitchen as well. Wifi was okay. It was a bit difficult for relatives staying on the upper floor to access the wifi. Not sure if its the wifi signal that caused this. Perhaps a second wifi could be placed on the upper floor....

"Nice but not an Apartment! The host was a FANTASTIC lady! Breakfast was great! The vibes of the building and neighborhood felt cozy. The negative was that there was no kitchen, although a kitchen it stated in the description. The unit is more like renting a room. Here's why,.. when you first walk in you are greeted by the room with the white couch, and bar to the right. The bar area has no sink or prep space, just coffee and condiments for purchase. "Stayed here twice in the last month. The location is super easy to get to if you know the area. Close to Hellshire beach, quiet area, can see the sea from the veranda and the internet works great in the common area and master room. The photos show one couch but there is actually two and one is a futon. The internet doesnt work in the back room, Im assuming cause the solid walls but it wasnt a big deal for us. There is everything you need if you decide to cook. I will definetly be booking here...
