"Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

"It was great. Everything we needed was provided, including dishes, dish soap, washer/dryer, and laundry detergent. Plenty of towels and blankets. We had a lovely stay. Excellent tv and internet."

"The house was adorable on the inside and had everything we needed. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of some safety issues with the stairs. The steep stairs to the attic lack a handrail and the older members of our family didn't feel comfortable going up there. I was nervous about our 2 kids going up and down those stairs as well. "The lake was beautiful, but the property didn’t feel very clean (stained cloth furniture, spider webs). The quality of the pots/pans was awful for what I paid for the rental fees and not much was provided for disposables like tissues, dish soaps. There were a lot of laundry pods, and the laundry room was very spacious."
