"Ruby, the general Mgr of the property was amazing! She helped us out with early arrival on both days. We stayed here a day before & after our cruise. It was a perfect location to get us ready for the cruise. There’s literally a cruise parking across the street from the condo. The rooms were spacious and very nice! The view off are balcony was awesome. Watching boats, dolphins & manatees go in & out of the canal. There was an onsite restaurant it was ok. Walmart within 11 minute drive. Everything...

"Parking was easy and secure. Room was cool. Many people staying, but friendly. Beach chairs and carts on the propery as well as beach towels. A bit of a walk to downtown. Easy close drive. I would definitely stay again. "

"Great location, a block from the beach. Easy parking and a lovely pool area. Had everything we needed. Our only complaint was that the couch and chair in the living room looked beautiful but we're very uncomfortable. That being said we would definitely stay here again"

"Check in and out instructions were easy. More like a VRBO than a hotel. Cold pool in April, hot tub also not working. Mildew smell but that’s most of Florida. Place was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Did have to strip beds and make sure dishes were clean prior to check out. "

"Walls are thin and you hear everything. Parking can be difficult if you’re in the front buildings. Beach is behind the 700 building. Nice pool and several sitting areas. Water pressure is excellent. Beds are comfortable. Tiki bar has slow service only 1 person working. Room is basically clean but still some sand on the floors. I’d stay again. "
