"This is a beautiful place to stay in Tuscany. It is on top of a hill with great views from much of the property. Very peaceful and quiet. Nice pool. Good restaurant. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. For the price we paid, it was definitely worth the money. Romantic. We saw people whom we believed to be honeymooners. Also, the breakfast is really good and really nice. You sit on top of the hill looking over the valley while eating a good breakfast. We didn't play tennis, but...

"We loved the central location to the piazza and for restaurants and taxis. The view from the room was of the bell tower and the beautiful architecture. We did eat at the restaurant located behind the B&B for a discount and it was delicious. "

"This hotel is not family or vacation friendly. This is for a local tourist that’s traveling with a backpack. There are about 80 stairs to get to your room, so take that into consideration for every time you have to go back to your room. There is also no air conditioning and the owner told us just keep your windows open. That was also not doable with the noise outside and all the birds that would fly inside bc there are no curtains or nets on windows. We went in may-June and it was cool outside...

"Located at the country side with a great view. Room pretty basic but clean and tidy. Cannot help to feel the place is over priced and everything seems to be about money. We had to pay instantly up front and when I asked for a second bed sheet (we can't sleep with only 1 bed sheet and it's never a problem anywhere to get a socond one), the owner wanted Euro 5 for 'washing'... not exactly customer service."
