"From check in to check out, everything was perfect. The friendliest most helpful staff you could ever find in Australia. They all clearly love their jobs and want to be there. My sister and I stayed with my 4 year old niece. We have had the most wonderful 3 days. We will be back"

"Should have checked the recent reviews. This section of the island is in strife with Electricity and Gas being switched off and the locals of the Cove living off generators or just leaving the island. It’s a sad situation for them. Most of the features listed in the booking ad were not in use. - No Cafe - No Watersports - No Fitness Centre - No Park - No Bowls - Only 1 place to eat with very limited choice - worse of all, the pool was not in use. We were told that the pool was out of order...

"Car parking very difficult, bay 15 next to 4!!!! bathroom very dated, wood cupboards etc falling to bits, felt unclean, bedroom ok! lack of privacy due to frosted glass window in bathroom out onto passage and other apartments doors!! other people directly outside, cockroaches in kitchen, at most a 2 star if desparate."

"Excellent laid back holiday enjoyed in the hot tub and by the fire pit. Beds and pillows were comfy and location meant we could walk to the supermarket, ferry and swimming spot with ease To top it all off, the host was excellent with communication and going over and above to make sure that we had a memorable and enjoyable holiday Thanks!"

"Off season and demanding multiple signed documents to prevent parties day and night. Yet, when you where keept awak well beyond 2am of music, and waking up at 5am of people showting their lungs out from the balcony below, one can get a bit fed up. Tiny chiwawas running around and barking in the hallway was also rather surprising, particularly as I was under the impression that this was a no pet hotel, with extensive CCTV. "Staff very helpful and accomodating"

"We had some very nice in Surfers Paradise. Excellent suite with a nice partial ocean view, which was spacious, clean and well equipped. Location was great, where we could walk to everything. Parking costs extra, but you could take the elevator straight from the parking lot to the suite."
