"The staff were amazing and very helpful. The hotel is in a prime spot and is very safety conscious using Hotel Keycards as gain access to areas inside the hotel as well as the carpark. Ross, at front reception was friendly, helpful and approachable he was lovely. Buffet Breakfast was great and you can request make your own omelettes or eggs. "We were surprised to learn that the apartment balcony required for painters to have access during daylight hours. This was very inconvenient. Also, the rooftop area was closed for maintenance for the whole period of our stay. We contacted the property manager who, one would expect, should have known about these encumbrances to our stay.
